Our Story
We started by offering training programs for large companies, particularly in retail and FMCG, and gained deeper insight into that market. Our founders have years of teaching these subjects at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto, Porto Business School, Polytechnic Institute of Management and Technology of Gaia, and coordinating Master's degrees in Data Science at Nuclio Digital School.
They are also book authors, having published "Deep Learning for Time Series Cookbook: Use PyTorch and Python recipes for forecasting, classification, and anomaly detection." Additionally, they've been publishing in A* conferences such as AAAI and KDD, with papers including "Cherry-picking in time series forecasting: How to select datasets to make your model shine" (AAAI 2025) and "Rhiots: A framework for evaluating hierarchical time series forecasting algorithms" (KDD 2024).
It was a natural next step to extend the idea to a segment clearly in need. We also have other exciting segments that we plan to leverage in the future. In this case, we began with AI for Data Analysts.
