1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in a TUTAI course, the participant declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. Completing the enrollment process and/or payment constitutes binding acceptance of these terms.
These terms apply to all courses offered by TUTAI, regardless of format (in-person, live online, or hybrid) or enrollment fee.
2. Enrollment and Confirmation
Enrollment in a TUTAI course is made through the official channels available at tutai.ai. A seat is considered reserved only after payment is received, whether in full or as the first installment, as applicable to the course in question.
After payment is confirmed, the participant will receive a confirmation email with course details. TUTAI reserves the right to refuse enrollments without the need to provide justification.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
3.1 Prices
Each course has its own price, indicated on the corresponding course page at tutai.ai. Prices may vary depending on the course, format, and enrollment phase (e.g., early bird price or regular price). The applicable price is always the one in effect at the time of enrollment.
3.2 Payment Methods
Available payment methods vary by course:
- Full payment: available for all courses. For some courses, it is the only accepted method, this is indicated on the course page.
- Payment in two installments: available only for courses that explicitly allow it. In this case, 50% is due at the time of enrollment and the remaining 50% on the date indicated on the course page or in the enrollment confirmation.
Failure to pay the second installment by the agreed date may result in suspension of access to the course and materials, without any right to a refund of amounts already paid.
3.3 Payment Means
The payment means indicated at checkout are accepted. All payments are processed in euros (EUR). Any associated banking or exchange fees are the sole responsibility of the participant.

- Disagreement with changes to the programme, instructors, or dates that do not constitute full cancellation of the course
- Exclusion from the course for violation of these terms
4.2 Exception, Course Cancellation by TUTAI
The participant is entitled to a full refund of amounts paid, without any penalty, in the following cases:
- Definitive cancellation of the course by TUTAI before it begins

4.3 Transfer of Enrollment
Transfer of enrollment to another course is not permitted. However, the participant may, by written request sent to [email protected] at least 14 days before the start of the course, transfer their enrollment to another person. The transfer is subject to TUTAI's approval and to the new participant meeting the course access requirements.
